New Moon (Stephenie Meyer)

When Bella turns eighteen, her world is flipped inside out because her one and only true love leaves her.

Now, Bella's life is completely shattered, but she finds that when she's doing something dumb that could kill her, she can here his voice trying to protect her.

So she tries doing many things that almost get her killed like riding a motorcycle and cliff diving...

When Bella becomes best friends with Jacob, she learns that this world may not just be full of Vampires and humans, but with other super natural beings.

Jacob also makes Bella not feel as empty as she usually feels without Edward, and loves Jacob in a friend way, but could she really love him?

But when Alice returns with some unsettling news, Bella learns that maybe she was wrong about why Edward left, which could change her life forever....

Every time I read this book, I cry because it is so depressing! But if you ask me, the book is unbelievable if if the protagonist's emotions are passed on to the reader.

New Moon is a lot less then a fairy tale because bad stuff happens; Bella goes crazy because "the guy" leaves. Edward leaving the story line made the book sad, depressing and not as interesting as the first, in my opinion.

People often call this book the boring one in the series because nothing really happens. I agree with that to an extent. Many exciting things happen, but this book is just so full of emotion that you don't really get the full impact of how close Bella gets to dying.

The ending is what makes the book amazing. Nothing too important happens in the rest of this book, but the ending is unbelievable. It's full of suspense and romance.

However, I don't like depressing books, which made me not like this one as much as the first, but this one was very well written and their is not as many grammar/spelling mistakes in this on as in the first

4.8 out of 5 stars
